Banana Pancakes

Here's another thing to do with really ripe bananas and a fun variation on traditional pancakes.

Banana Pancakes
(go ahead, sing it... you know you want to. ;) "makin' banana pancakes, pretend like its the weekend now-ow-ow.")

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick (if you don't have Bisquick, I assume you could just make pancakes from scratch and then proceed with the rest of this recipe as normal, minus the egg and the milk - haven't tried it myself, though.)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg

Combine mashed bananas and Bisquick. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook as usual.

Happy weekend to you all! :)

  2. Christy: we ate them with maple syrup and they tasted fine... don't know if that is the best way to do it. :)

peanut butter would be really yummy - and you could add corn syrup on top of that, too (sounds weird, but it's a good combination)

    also, maybe whipped cream?

    the end :)
