Saucy Pork Chops

Here is a simple, tasty pork chop recipe. I had really thick-cut boneless pork chops from Costco and was worried about them cooking all the way through and still being tender. But this recipe did both!

Saucy Pork Chops

-4-6 pork chops

-1 can cream of chicken soup

-3 TBSP ketchup

-1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce

Brown chops in skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Place into lightly greased casserole dish. Mix soup with ketchup and Wor. Sauce; pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
