Tomato Herb Grilled Chicken

This recipe, for anyone who hasn't had it, is the bomb.com. There's nothing more to say than that. It is amazing! And so simple! Grill it on the BBQ or in the oven- both are favorites. The end for reals.

Tomato Herb Grilled Chicken

-Chicken breasts (3-6 depending on how much meat you eat)

Marinade:

-2 T olive oil
-3/4 cup chili sauce
-2 T lemon juice
-2 cloves minced garlic
-3 T fresh basil or 2 T dried basil

Make marinade. Reserve a few tablespoons of marinade for use during cooking. Marinate chicken breasts in remaining marinade overnight or AT LEAST 2-4 hours. Grill chicken for 12-15 minutes on one side, brushing from time to time with reserved marinade. Turn chicken over and repeat.

  2. christy: it's like ketchup, but better - a little spicier, and not so sicky sweet. you get it in the sauce aisle of the store by the bbq sauce and ketchup and such. :)
