Ingredients:
1 baked chocolate cake
Medium tub of Cool Whip or Frosting (I prefer cool whip)
Chocolate bark (or any chocolate you can melt, but chocolate chips don't work very well)
Bake a chocolate cake and let it cool.
Once it's cool, crumble the cake into a large bowl.
Stir in Cool Whip.
Form into small round balls and put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate.
Take the balls out of the freezer and dip them in the melted chocolate.
After covered in chocolate, place them back in the freezer.
They are such a good treat!

ReplyDeleteyeah... this does sound good... and dang easy to make, which is not a good thing :) because sometimes my laziness and a recipe that takes effort are all that stand between me eating treats all the time ;)
